The Cottages at Sycamores is a planned community of 39 townhomes built by Bach Homes of Draper, Utah. It was started in 2007 and completed in 2009. The Cottages are on Cottage Point Drive in the City of West Jordan, Utah. They are situated in the foothills of the Oquirrh Mountains on the west side of the Salt Lake Valley. Although the community is by the Oquirrh Mountains the area has splendid views of the Wasatch Mountains and the Salt Lake Valley.
The Cottages is a community with a home owners association (HOA) and an HOA board.
