Residents and visitors can park on the street during the day and evening but cars must be off the street between the hours of midnight and 6 am. Cars parked on the street during those hours will be towed. Signs at both entrances show hours when street parking is not permitted.
This is especially important during winter months. West Jordan's snowplows will not clear the street if there is even one car parked on it.
The parking lot at the top of the street is for parking vehicles for up to 48 hours. It is not a storage lot. Vehicles parked longer than 48 hours are subject to being towed. Vehicles parked in the parking lot must have a current registration.
This is provided as information only to let you know radon has been found in at least one of the units in the Cottages.
While in the process of being sold one of the homes in the Cottages at Sycamores was tested positive for radon. If you are concerned about your unit you can have someone come out and do a radon test on your home.
